Beat Sage Downloader is an unofficial desktop application that automates the process of queueing, converting, and downloading custom Beat Saber maps directly from the AI-mapping platform Beat Sage. Instead of converting YouTube links or MP3 files one by one on the website, this application allows you to queue up to 100 songs at a time and download them straight into your game directory. Step 1: Download and Install the App

Navigate to the unofficial BadgerHobbs/BeatSage-Downloader GitHub repository.

Click on the Releases section on the right side of the page.

Download the latest .zip package, such as BeatSage-Downloader-v1.1.2.zip.

Extract the .zip file contents to a preferred folder on your PC.

Run the BeatSage-Downloader.exe file to launch the application. Step 2: Configure Your Settings

Before queueing your tracks, set up your game directory so the songs save to the right place.

Click the cog wheel icon on the top menu bar to open the Settings menu. Locate the Output Directory field.

Set this path directly to your Beat Saber custom levels folder (e.g., …\Beat Saber\Beat Saber_Data\CustomLevels).

Toggle Automatically extract downloads into folders to ensure the zipped levels ready themselves for the game immediately. Step 3: Add and Queue Your Music

You can import files locally or pull them straight from the web.

Click the musical note icon in the top-left menu bar to open the “Add Downloads” window.

For YouTube links: Paste your desired YouTube or YouTube Music URLs into the main text area. Ensure every individual link is separated by a new line. You can also paste an entire playlist link directly.

For Local Audio: Upload local .mp3 files directly into the client (files must be under 30MB and less than 10 minutes long). Step 4: Customize Map Preferences

The downloader saves your previous options so you don’t have to reconfigure them every session. Select your parameters before processing: Difficulties: Choose from Normal, Hard, Expert, or Expert+.

Game Modes: Select Standard, No Arrows, One Saber, 90 Degrees, or 360 Degrees.

Song Events: Toggle environmental features like Bombs, Dot Blocks, Obstacles, or Dynamic Light Shows.

Model Version: Choose between V2 (more creative placement) or V2-Flow (cleaner, more natural movement transitions). Step 5: Process and Play

Confirm your configurations and click the Slash to Download or processing button.

Monitor your queue from the main dashboard. The app will download the audio, send it to the Beat Sage AI system, generate the map blocks, and save the finalized track into your designated folder.

Once the files finish downloading, boot up Beat Saber (PCVR) or sync the folder to your standalone device via modding tools like BSManager or BMBF. Your new tracks will be waiting under the Custom Songs tab.
